State Farm® Insurance Agent Donald Rose

"I had a stressful experience trying to get in contact with him. Over the course of working with him, phone calls, texts, emails, and even internal contact attempts from other State Farm agents were rarely acknowledged, and if they were, it was weeks later. This was not so bad—until I had a time-sensitive issue.

I couldn’t get Donald on any channel. Scrambling, I had to call the State Farm customer service number and other State Farm agents to see if they could help me instead. They told me only my assigned agent Donald could process my request. So now I had to take off work to drive across town to try to find him in person at his office. I get there, his office is empty and his door is locked with a “will be back” sign that said 12:45pm. It was 1:50pm, well after 12:45pm, and Donald was nowhere to be found.

This is completely unacceptable. If he was out of office for any reason, that should have been evident from his voicemail/email auto reply/office door, and a date should have been given for his expected return and who his clients can contact in the meantime. Instead, I’m running across town stressed because he’s the only one who can help me and his location is completely unknown.

I ended up having to complete multiple processes online to postpone the date I would be charged for the service I was trying to modify, to give myself enough time to try to change agents so that I could get my request processed in time. This caused me a lot of stress and uncertainty, and even a couple of days of not being insured.

This should never happen again to any client. I will not be working with Donald moving forward, but hopefully he will do better with others."

"Very very unprofessional gentleman I was caused to lose one cell on my property and another one currently being postponed due to the unprofessionalism. All I need is a master policy corrected or should I say changed. We’ve been trying to contact him for several days with no response, State Farm also is unable to handle business as well. "Great costumer service in the beginning when he is selling you the policy and explaining the benefits very patient, but after?? Is is the worst costumer service ever. Never answers the phone or replies to emails. I needed to change my AutoPay info and been trying to call them for more than a week now, the APP is not allowing to make that change and the costumer service number doesn't work! Been with him for a while."

"Never answers the phone. Been trying to get my address changed for over a month and have yet to receive a call back. It’s 10am on a Wednesday no answer no call back. This agent is the worst I at some point got a hold of him months ago for an outrageous jump in my policy and he suggested I find another insurance LOL found a new agent is what I’ve done."

"Donald Rose knows the ins and outs of insurance and if he doesn’t know it, he learns it. Most recently he provided top notch car insurance knowledge for a soon to be driver. Don has full end-to-end knowledge of insurance as he was an insurance adjuster during the California fires. I was looking for pet insurance and he earned the certification to be able to sell Trupanion pet insurance. A similar situation occurred with my friend who needed venue rental insurance. He figured out how to make that happen for them. He also covered my wedding ring too in case of loss or theft. We discussed whether I was under insured as so many were in the Boulder fires. He reviewed my policies holistically and determined that I was right where I should be. Don was a part of a community event for small businesses at an elementary school. No situation is too complicated, special or small for Don to handle. Don is a lifetime learner and will deliver the absolute best value for you. Every time we talk insurance, I learn new things. Bottom line: I recommend Don as a great State Farm insurance agent and as a subject matter expert in all thing’s insurance. 5-stars!"
